A coffee from the highest elevations of the Arabian Peninsula, carrying in every cup the spirit of Yemen's Haraz mountains and a rich coffee heritage spanning centuries. Notes of fresh orange, sweet watermelon, and berries make this an entirely different experience from any other coffee.
Processed using the Anaerobic method in an oxygen-free environment, intensifying flavor concentration and giving the cup a depth and complexity that clearly distinguishes it from traditional Yemeni coffee.
Built on the ancient Typica variety grown at 2,200 meters — one of the oldest and most flavor-preserving coffee cultivars in existence — adding a rare historical dimension to every cup.
Best suited for filter and espresso preparation, with its deepest fruity layers most fully expressed through slow and careful filter brewing.
