🇨🇷 Costa Rica - Doga — 250g
Doga brings together two ends that rarely meet this calmly: the depth of cacao and the lift of floral aromatics. The sip begins with a clear fruit character that sets up what follows, then raisin arrives with a concentrated natural sweetness closer to dried fruit than to sugar, carried by a soft cacao that gives the cup its rich body and gives the flavors a floor to rest on. Florals stay in the background as a light aromatic presence that never imposes itself, yet lightens the density of the sweetness and holds the cup in harmony from start to finish. Caturra at 1800 meters in Costa Rica is known for its clarity and discipline, and natural processing here adds a fruit layer without blurring that discipline. The finish is clean and even, leaning cacao with a light trace of raisin. This coffee suits brewing with V60 or espresso, where its details come through clearly and give a balanced experience in either method. One of the clearest of our Costa Rican coffees in expressing its processing — also found among our drip coffee beans.
