This coffee was processed using the Natural method, allowing the fruit to dry around the seed and retain its natural sugars throughout. The result is a cup with pronounced fruity sweetness and rich depth of flavor.
Grown at elevations between 1,800 and 2,200 meters, the Caturra and Castillo varieties thrive in Colombia's high-altitude conditions, developing a refined acidity and well-structured flavor profile shaped by the extended ripening period.
Colombia Monte is well-suited for both filter brewing with a V60 and espresso preparation. Its layered fruit notes shine particularly bright through slow filter methods, which allow for a precise and complete extraction.
